Es gilt für alle meine Codes grundsätzlich die GNU GPL Lizenz. Jeder ist frei diese Codes nach seinem/ihrem Gutdünken anzupassen. Diese Codes können auch in kommerziellen Projekten eingesetzt werden mit der Einschränkung, dass diese Codes ebenfalls unter GPL veröffentlicht werden und die Quellcodes entsprechend weitergegeben/zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Es ist erlaubt jegliche Copyright Vermerke meinerseits zu entfernen. Das gilt nicht für externe Sourcen, diese behalten ihre jeweilige Lizenz uneingeschränkt und die Vermerke zum Copyright dürfen NICHT entfernt oder geändert werden.
Das folgende gilt also nur für meine Codes: Sollte die Free Software Foundation eines Tages beschliessen, dass auch Closed Source Codes unter der GPL-Lizenz veröffentlicht werden können, dann können diese neue Version der GPL und all ihre Folgeversionen NICHT auf meine Codes angwendet werden. In diesem Falle gilt dann diese Version (Version 3) der GPL-Lizenz für ALLE meine Codes hier.

You're free to remove any copyright notices that I may made in my codes. This does NOT apply for external codes/libraries is used in my codes. For such codes the copyright notice from the programmer in the source MUST be obeyed.
So the following applies only to my codes: Should the Free Software Foundation ever decide to allow Closed Source Codes to be covered by GPL-License in a future version of GNU GPL, this new version of GPL and any following versions DO NOT comply with my codes.
